The Community Services Board (CSB) helps individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders find jobs, return to school, and access transportation—all while receiving ongoing support.
Niran spoke to 11 Job Coaches who support over 200 clients. His presentation focused on hiring best practices, staff retention, and compassionate development strategies, offering practical tools to help job seekers achieve long-term success.
