My name is Fatima, and I’m a proud mother of three. Originally from Morocco, I joined Mint Home Care in 2020 as a CNA, providing personal care and companionship to several clients. After two years, I was promoted to Scheduling Coordinator, and a year later, I became the Business Manager.

I truly enjoy working with Mint Home Care because it feels like one big family, where caregivers and agency owners work hand in hand. As the Business Manager, I oversee daily operations to ensure both clients and caregivers receive top-notch care. My responsibilities include streamlining scheduling, optimizing staff resources, and focusing on caregiver satisfaction, I’ve played a role in improving service delivery and reducing turnover. Through personalized care plans and continuous staff training, our agency continues to provide compassionate, high-quality care that positively impacts our clients and their families. Looking ahead, I’m dedicated to supporting the agency’s growth while upholding the high standards that set us apart.
